So the loony old bat has denied knowing who CDG is, eh?
And she calls us "wingnuts" (or, at least those of us who write comments on NCO articles).
She is a nut who forgets that when she writes as chiller she does leave behind her ip and when she writes later as elleda wilson and it has the same ip WALLLAH! Its her!
Or is she blaming this one on her "significant other"?
Good lord, she should at least refrain from coddling McGee. All it does is confirm her identity. Shit, if McGee found her out is she really that astounded 1) That he kept it a secret? 2) That anyone else with half a brain couldn't find it out too?

she's got so many negatives in her liability column..of course, being a lackey to Forrester, Webb et al is huge..and being a recent transplant from Southern California doesnt exactly help either-those people are so pushy with their look down their nose attitude towards the locals....they care not one iota for our people-they only think of themselves and will spew any untruth in their selfish desires. I mean, come on, on that ,slathering shitfest she calls a "blog" she stated that Bradwood "will destroy the tourist industry in Astoria"!! Who in their right mind could even agree with that?!?! Bradwood is 20 miles upriver!! That's like saying that horrible Astoria Sunday Market will destroy the tourist business in Cannon Beach. That girl just aint right in the head.

Actually, it just shows how clueless to the nth degree you are, McGee, and you never fail to drive that point home. Ms. Wilson says that Bradwood will destroy the tourist business in Astoria (which some say would be a good thing, by the way), but what she fails to say is why she thinks that. Perhaps you, her defender, would care to elaborate on such a ridiculous claim? But we know that isn't gonna happen, don't we.

Ms. Wilson is entitled to her view but, I would say we need to put as much effort in to finding solutions for the one as much as finding solutions for the other with emphasis on the other.
I'm afraid tourism as well as the recreational aspects of what this wonderful place offers to so many is going to come to us regardless of the prospect of Energy Speculator/Profiteers and we definitely need to put major focus on dealing with it as evinced this summer and for our future.
Bradwood Landing LNG Facility?
As of yet there is no facility of that kind out there, no final approval and no license and I don't even think we've seen the beginning of how it is going to be dealt with but, it ain't going to be pretty, no matter from what I see.

Everybody is entitled to a view-that isn't the issue. The issue is she is wrong, misinformed, prejudiced and proud of it. Never mind the fact that she's just another California dingbat transplant who. just like a lot of her ilk, thinks everyone should listen to them because they have some wierd sense of end all be all entitlement.

You would say that because it's typical McGee empty babbling rhetoric.

Oh please. Quit trying to spout off as if you're some consultant for a tourist brochure company or an expert on global energy marketing. Sure, a lot of Clatsop County is a vacationer's dream. It's been the summer destination/residence of choice for five or six generations of Oregonians and Washingtonians. Just like the Columbia River has been the economic arterial for international trade in goods produced by those same Oregonians & Washingtonians. Astoria, contrary to your distorted thinking has always been a city of workers and producers. It's only in the past handfull of years,( a handfull of years uncoincidentally that coincides with this invasion of California "artists", retirees or as we call'em "aging yuppie scumbag out of state real estate speculators/profiteers) that anyone courted or tried to exploit the tourist angle. This used to be a nice town-a good place for coastal Oregonians to get away from those rube tourists and the shysters who hustle them with their stupid art galleries and faux upscale restaurants etc. Now we got these brain addled piles of California biomass like Don West, Donna Quinn and Elleda et al pretending to be so concerned and outraged over what they percieve as some evil threat to them. Screw'em. Tell them to go back to where they come from and take their bullcrap with'em.

You would see that because it's typical McGee empty babbling rhetoric.
Look, the feds and states of Oregon & Washington aren't gonna chase these fuel dumps away. They are going to be very important to the economic growth of the PNW in the coming years-So you better get used to it or go back to where you came from. And take all those rivercreepers and California poodle puffers with you. This is Oregon, pal. It ain't your's. It's ours.

Pretty dangit! funny that McGee's logic is so one sided. Palin supposedly giving a license to a pipeline going out of Alaska (and through a foreign country) makes it a "done deal" and practically built! Yet, FERC giving a license to Bradwood Landing and McGee doesn't even acknowledge the license and says "don't even think we've seen the beginning of how it is going to be dealt with..." what a maroon!
The Alaska Pipeline has to deal with the Sierra Club and Earth First plus the Indians and the Canadians! It has just as much, if not more, to battle, as Bradwood does and its fight is just starting!
But here's McGee with all of his worldly wisdom on energy telling us that's where we should be looking and away from Bradwood.
Whatever.
And yeah, CDG is Bartoldus, backing you and covering your ass. Don't you wish.

You really need to get a life, McGee--get involved in something outside of the wierd world you've created for yourself-get some friends--do something to get some sense of self esteem-you're only digging yourself in deeper and deeper with your constant negativity, jealousy and sour grapes attitude. You're probably not a bad person, you just don't know how to play well with others.

Posts were checked and back-checked Writing styles were compared Only to find out mr goldfinch Had found his way into my snare
