If LNG comes to the Columbia river it will kill Astoria's chances of attracting a professional hockey team and a hockey rink.
What backroom deals do you think the clatsop county commisioners are cooking up before they get recalled?

Well, I got a feeling they're dealing with the Iranians in hopes of convincing them that if they locate their nuclear weapons labs in Clatsop County nobody will know and if they did know, wouldn't do anything to stop it.

Also, have you heard about the new Federal Super Max Prison the commisioners are trying to convince the govt. to place on POA land? Yeah, that trip to D.C. to attend the LNG hearings was really a front for the secret negotiations for the prison. The worst of the worst will soon be calling Clatsop County home. Won't that be great?
